Roots Club is for people who already belong here: regulars, hosts, and the circle closest to the room. Membership is a relationship with the house — not a public discount card.
You join. You receive a digital pass. You arrive. Staff see who you are, how many guests you may bring, and whether the membership is active. Recorded spend earns house loyalty until the till is connected. The visit is written into the record.

The Club Pass
The digital pass carries your photo, tier, member ID and a large QR. The code itself never contains your name, email, phone or guest allowance. Those resolve on the server when staff scan.
